Description
As a Inquests NQ/Associate/Senior Associate your duties will include:
- Advise and represent clients in relation to inquests, ensuring high-quality legal support throughout the process.
- Prepare case files, including drafting witness statements and submissions.
- Conduct legal research to provide accurate and effective counsel on complex matters.
- Collaborate with colleagues across the department to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
- Manage a caseload of inquest matters, ensuring compliance with deadlines and professional standards.
- Support client relationships by maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Attend court hearings and liaise with external stakeholders as required.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the department to support team development.
