Description

As a Inquests NQ/Associate/Senior Associate your duties will include:

  • Advise and represent clients in relation to inquests, ensuring high-quality legal support throughout the process.
  • Prepare case files, including drafting witness statements and submissions.
  • Conduct legal research to provide accurate and effective counsel on complex matters.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the department to deliver comprehensive client solutions.
  • Manage a caseload of inquest matters, ensuring compliance with deadlines and professional standards.
  • Support client relationships by maintaining clear and professional communication.
  • Attend court hearings and liaise with external stakeholders as required.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the department to support team development.

Profile

A successful Inquests NQ/Associate/Senior Associate should have:
