  • Mentor and develop junior and intermediate engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture within the team.

Why Join This Team?

This is a business that understands work-life balance is crucial. Not only do they offer a 4-day working week, but they also provide hybrid working arrangements and flexibility between their Liverpool and Manchester offices. They take a modern approach to consultancy, operating in a flat structure where senior engineers actively shape the work rather than sitting above the process.
