Salary: £37,595 per annum (£41,551.39 is achieved after 12 months successful performance in the role)
Working Hours: Full time 35 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Location: Liverpool, Carlisle, Leicester or London / Hybrid

The difference you will make as Stock Condition Surveyor
In this role you will inspect and assess the condition of social housing stock, ensuring properties meet safety, compliance, and quality standards. The role supports long-term asset planning, investment strategies, and contributes to maintaining decent homes for residents.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
• Qualification in Building Surveying (e.g., HNC/HND/BSc) or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Decent Homes Standard, HHSRS, and health and safety regulations.
• Strong IT skills and experience using mobile survey devices.
• Ability to manage own workload and meet survey targets.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
