The ideal candidate will be an LV Jointer looking to progress into HV jointing and gain hands-on experience across a varied range of projects up to 33kV.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a close-knit team, receive full training on HV systems, and build a clear path for long-term career development.

The Role:

• LV Jointer role with the opportunity to upskill into HV jointing through hands-on training and industry-specific authorisations.
• Varied workload with no two days the same, including jointing, fitting, and supporting the wider business on specialist projects.
• Local patch no stays away with a call out rota (1 in 3)
• Long-term progression into management within a business that has a strong track record of promoting from within.

The Person:

• Experience in LV jointing.
• Highly motivated to progress into HV jointing.
• Full UK driving licence.
