What you'll be doing

Recruiting, leading and inspiring a skilled and compassionate workforce

Developing relationships with local authorities, commissioners, NHS partners and referral sources

Driving quality, safeguarding, governance and continuous improvement

Managing service growth responsibly whilst maintaining exceptional standards of care

Creating positive outcomes for the people we support and their families

What we're looking for

Level 5 qualification in Health & Social Care or equivalent

Minimum 2 years' management experience within a CQC-regulated service

Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding, governance and quality assurance

Homecare experience and understanding of regulated Personal Care

Experience leading teams, managing performance and developing services

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Passion for delivering outstanding care and developing people

We'd love to hear from candidates who have:

  • Previous Registered Manager experience
  • Experience with service mobilisation and growth
  • Knowledge of the Liverpool and Merseyside commissioning landscape
  • Experience supporting people with mental health needs, learning disabilities, autism and physical disabilities

Why join Banquo?

Be part of an exciting new service from day one

Genuine opportunity to shape and influence the future of the service

Autonomous leadership role with support from an experienced senior leadership team

Career progression opportunities within a growing organisation

Make a meaningful difference to the lives of children, young people and adults across Liverpool

If you're an experienced care leader looking for your next challenge and want the opportunity to build something special, we'd love to hear from you.

Banquo is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and adults. All successful applicants will be subject to safer recruitment checks, including an Enhanced DBS check.
