Tiger has partnered with a leading technology-driven logistics company transforming how people send, receive, and return parcels across the UK. A fast-growing European network focused on creating a greener, more convenient, and innovative delivery experience. The London office is a dynamic environment where technology, logistics, and sustainability meet, and they are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to support vetting employees and setting up information in the system.

Location: Huyton, Liverpool
Hyrbid working: Based onsite 2-3 days per week, remote working 2-3 days per week
Hours: Please note that you will be required to work occasional Saturdays
Duration: 3 month initial contract
Start Date: 1 September
Rate: £15.00 to £16.00 per hour (depending on experience)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As part of the Transactional Finance team in Huyton, you will be responsible for vetting third party drivers and setting them up in the company system:

• Thoroughly checking documentation provided by service centres (including driving license, right to work, bank account, etc.) to ensure that applicants can legally provide services to the company
• Liasing with service centres to request more information or to reject applicants based on their paperwork
• Setting up successful applicants in our systems if they meet all of the applicable criteria
• Sending contracts to successful applicants
• Liasing with other Transactional Finance departments to ensure set ups are complete
• Checking daily reports for ad hoc payments and validation errors and following up as necessary
• Updating systems to close down any unused accounts
• Other ad hoc admin tasks as and when they come up

WHO YOU ARE

You will be an dedicated administrator with at least 1-2 years' experience within an administrative or compliance role or with a very high attention to detail.
