Are you an experienced Paralegal looking to take the next step in your legal career? We're working with a well-established and highly respected law firm that is looking to recruit a Senior Paralegal to join their growing team. This opportunity would suit someone with solid experience in either Court of Protection or Family Law who is confident managing their own caseload and supporting fee earners with complex matters. The Role As a Senior Paralegal, you'll play a key role in supporting the department while providing a high standard of client care. You'll be involved in a broad range of matters and will have the opportunity to take ownership of your workload within a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Managing your own caseload of Court of Protection or Family Law matters.
  • Drafting legal documents, correspondence, court applications and witness statements.
  • Liaising with clients, courts, counsel and external professionals.
  • Conducting legal research and preparing case documentation.
  • Assisting solicitors on complex and high-value cases.
  • Attending client meetings and taking detailed instructions.
  • Keeping case management systems and files up to date.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory and firm procedures.
  • Delivering exceptional client service throughout the legal process.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience as a Paralegal within Court of Protection or Family Law.
  • Strong knowledge of legal procedures and documentation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confident dealing with clients in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Experience using case management systems.
  • A proactive and team-focused approach.
