Internal Recruiter | Hospitality | 3 Month FTC | Immediate Start

Zachary Daniels are looking for an Internal Recruiter to join a fast-paced hospitality business on an initial 3 month fixed term contract. (with the potential to turn perm)

This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced recruiter who can hit the ground running, working closely with operational teams to support recruitment across a busy, people-led hospitality environment.

The role as an Internal Recruiter:

• As Internal Recruiter, you will partner closely with hiring managers across the business, taking ownership of vacancies and ensuring a positive and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.
• You will proactively source and engage great talent, build strong candidate pipelines and work closely with the wider business to understand current and upcoming recruitment needs.
• You will be a real ambassador for the brand, ensuring candidates have a brilliant experience throughout the process, whilst keeping pace with the demands of a fast-moving hospitality business.

The candidate will have/be:

You will have a proven recruitment background, either in-house or not, ideally with experience recruiting within hospitality, leisure, retail or another fast-paced consumer-led environment.

You will be confident managing multiple vacancies at once, proactive in your approach to sourcing and comfortable building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Most importantly, you will be a real people person, organised, hands-on and able to come in and make an impact quickly.

Salary £35k - £38k + Benefits
