We're looking for a driven, personable and ambitious Recruitment Consultant to join Reed's established Marketing & Creative recruitment team, covering the North West region

This is a telephone-based sales role

Success comes from speaking to clients and candidates every day, building relationships, identifying opportunities and developing business through proactive conversations

If you enjoy engaging with people, asking questions, influencing decisions and creating opportunities, you'll thrive. If you're looking for a role focused purely on marketing activity rather than sales and relationship building, this probably isn't the right fit

What you'll be doing

• Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients across the North West
• Managing and growing a warm portfolio of existing accounts
• Conducting business development activity through calls, virtual meetings and face-to-face appointments
• Sourcing, interviewing and supporting marketing and creative professionals
• Managing recruitment campaigns from brief through to placement
• Becoming a trusted advisor within the marketing recruitment market
• Working closely with an experienced Marketing Recruitment Specialist to develop your knowledge and expertise

Previous recruitment experience is welcome but not essential. We are equally interested in individuals with experience in sales, customer-facing roles, marketing, account management, business development or other relationship-driven environments
