I’m currently working on an excellent opportunity for an experienced Grade A Qualified Solicitor to join a highly regarded Serious & Complex Injury team in Liverpool.

This is a particularly interesting opportunity for an established Serious/Complex Injury Solicitor who may be looking for a role where they can utilise their experience, handle high-value and complex litigated claims, and work within a supportive, high-performing team.

The role will involve:

• Managing a caseload of complex personal injury claims

• Handling matters from inception through to settlement, pre- and post-issue

• Drafting pleadings, witness statements and schedules of loss

• Attending hearings, conferences and settlement meetings

• Working closely with clients, medical experts, barristers and other stakeholders

• Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues
