Legal Assistant – MOJ Stage 3

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal Assistant to join a busy MOJ Stage 3 team. The role involves progressing admitted liability claims through Stage 3 of the MOJ portal with accuracy, efficiency and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Handling general call queries
MOJ administration and court post
Reviewing claimant and vehicle-related losses, including Credit Hire
Drafting witness statements
Submitting Stage 3 packs
Issuing proceedings
Preparing court bundles and briefing counsel

About You

Previous MOJ/PI experience advantageous
Strong organisational skills
Able to prioritise and work to deadlines
Confident in a fast-paced environment
Good Excel skills
