We have a fantastic opportunity for a Branch Manager to join our client's highly successful Estate Agency in the Formby area.

The Role

As a Branch Manager, you will:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the branch
• Manage, motivate and develop the team to achieve targets and KPIs
• Drive business generation, valuations, instructions and overall branch profitability
• Monitor figures, performance metrics and branch results
• Build strong relationships within the local market and help grow the company brand
• Work closely with the business owners/directors to support business growth and strategy

Branch Manager requirements:

• Proven experience within a Branch Manager role in estate agency
• Strong track record in winning instructions and driving revenue
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Highly organised, proactive and target-driven approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
