About the Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Compliance & Business Support Coordinator to join a growing business in a varied and rewarding role. This position supports several key areas of the business including compliance, recruitment, HR administration, training coordination, procurement, social media, and general office support.

Key Responsibilities
Compliance & Documentation
- Monitor and review relevant legislation and regulatory updates.
- Support the maintenance and updating of company policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Assist with document reviews and version control.
- Maintain compliance records and reports.
Recruitment & HR Support
- Manage the recruitment inbox and coordinate recruitment activities.
- Advertise vacancies and arrange interviews.
- Liaise with recruitment agencies and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding processes and chase required documentation from new starters.
- Maintain employee records through scanning, filing, and document management.
Training Administration
- Update and maintain the company training matrix.
- Monitor upcoming training renewals and certifications.
- Communicate with employees regarding expiring qualifications and training requirements.
Procurement & Supplier Management
- Manage procurement-related enquiries and correspondence.
- Assist with onboarding new suppliers and subcontractors.
- Support supplier and subcontractor reviews and record keeping.
Business & Office Support
- Log and maintain weekly operational reports and business events.
- Support internal employee recognition and awards initiatives.
- Assist with company social media activity and content creation where appropriate.
- Help manage company IT assets, including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones.
- Process and maintain records relating to petrol receipts and associated documentation.
About You
The successful candidate will possess:
- Previous administration, business support, compliance, HR, or office coordination experience.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- A proactive and professional approach with a willingness to support multiple business functions.
Desirable
- Experience within compliance, health & safety, recruitment, HR administration, or document control.
- Experience managing social media accounts in a professional environment.
- Knowledge of training records, supplier management, or asset tracking systems.
