We are currently recruiting for an EL/PL Solicitor / Fee Earner to join our Personal Injury team based in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to manage a varied caseload within a fast‑paced and supportive legal environment. 

In this role, you will take ownership of a caseload of pre‑ and post‑litigated employers’ liability and public liability matters. You will be responsible for progressing files efficiently and effectively, including reviewing liability evidence, drafting pleadings and witness statements, negotiating settlements, preparing cases for issue or trial, and providing clear, confident advice to clients throughout the litigation process. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven Solicitor or Fee Earner who is passionate about achieving strong outcomes for clients and looking to develop their career within a progressive and growing firm. 

About You:  

• Proven experience managing your own EL/PL caseload  

• Proficient in Proclaim case management system  

• Strong technical litigation skills with excellent attention to detail 

• Confident communicator with the ability to advise clients clearly and professionally 

• Highly organised, able to prioritise and progress files independently  

• A proactive team player with a commitment to delivering high‑quality work
