A not-for-profit organisation based in Liverpool.

Description

• Prepare and manage tenancy agreements and related documentation.
• Handle enquiries from prospective tenants in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required.
• Coordinate property viewings and follow up with applicants.
• Assist with tenant referencing and other compliance checks.
• Support the team with general administrative tasks as needed.
• Ensure all lettings processes align with organisational policies and standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and other stakeholders.

Profile

A successful Lettings Admin should have:

• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A customer-focused approach to work.
• Experience in lettings administration or a similar role is beneficial but not essential.
• Ability to commute to Liverpool.
• Not for Profit and Charities background desirable.
