Roofer - Social Housing - #2129649

18 Rec is a specialist recruitment agency supporting the construction and maintenance sector. We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Roofer for a permanent role with a well-established contractor delivering social housing maintenance services.

The Role:
Working across occupied social housing properties, you will carry out a variety of roofing repairs and maintenance tasks, ensuring homes remain safe, secure, and weatherproof.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reactive and planned roofing repairs
• Diagnosing and resolving leaks and roofing issues
• Working on pitched and flat roofing systems
• Gutter, fascia, and soffit maintenance
• Ensuring all work complies with health & safety standards
• Providing a professional and respectful service to tenants

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a roofer
• Experience within social housing (preferred but not essential)
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
