Customer Service Representative – Fully Remote - #2130288

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting customers, responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate information and helping resolve issues efficiently. You will communicate with customers through telephone, email and online systems while working closely with internal teams.

This opportunity is available only to candidates who are currently based in the United Kingdom and are authorised to work in the UK.

• Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and online channels
• Provide clear and accurate information to customers
• Assist with customer requests, orders and account enquiries
• Investigate and resolve routine customer issues
• Escalate complex matters to the appropriate team when required
• Maintain accurate customer records and service information
• Follow up on outstanding customer enquiries
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer requests
• Process customer information accurately and confidentially
• Maintain professional communication throughout every customer interaction
• Meet agreed customer service and response-time standards

• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, administration or a related role is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
• Good computer skills and confidence using email and online systems
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to organise workload and manage multiple priorities
• Professional and friendly approach to customer interactions
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home-working environment
• Must be based in the United Kingdom
• Must have the legal right to work in the UK
