RTA Paralegal - #2131096

We are looking for an experienced RTA Paralegal to join a busy Personal Injury team, managing a caseload of Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims from inception through to settlement.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of RTA files both pre and post issue
• Progressing claims efficiently and in line with relevant protocols and procedures
• Liaising with clients, insurers, solicitors and other third parties
• Preparing and reviewing legal documentation
• Conducting negotiations to achieve the best possible outcome for clients
• Ensuring files are accurately maintained and progressed within required timescales

Previous experience handling an RTA caseload of litigated files is essential for this role.
