Registered Manager (Children's Residential Care)
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

With multiple homes currently operating and further growth on the way, this is a chance to help shape a service that feels supportive, structured, and person-centred.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the day-to-day running of an EBD care home in Anfield
• Provide strong, consistent management with a firm-but-fair approach
• Support colleagues and build positive working relationships across the home
• Ensure high standards of care and a safe, nurturing environment for residents
• Use Clear Care systems to help maintain effective service management
• Participate in shared on-call arrangements each week

What you'll bring:

• Proven Registered Manager experience within a children's residential setting
• Level 5 Leadership and Management qualification
• Passion for supporting others, with the ability to build genuine relationships
• A leadership style that's calm, clear, and supportive-while still holding boundaries

Additional information:

• Salary: £50,000-£55,000 per annum
• Interview process: 1st stage MS Teams informal meeting, 2nd stage face-to-face at the home
