As an Energy Sales Executive, you'll focus on generating new business through outbound sales, speaking with commercial customers about their energy requirements and securing new contracts.

You'll be joining a brand-new sales floor with experienced leadership, ongoing coaching and a strong performance culture.

This is a target-driven environment designed for people who enjoy selling, want to earn well and are looking for somewhere they can build a long-term career.

With uncapped commission and significant growth planned for the Liverpool team, strong performers will have excellent opportunities to increase their earnings and progress into senior sales and leadership positions.

• Making high volumes of outbound sales calls to business customers

• Identifying and developing new business opportunities

• Building rapport and developing strong customer relationships

• Understanding customer requirements and presenting appropriate energy solutions

• Managing the sales process from initial contact through to close

• Achieving individual sales targets and KPIs

• Maintaining accurate customer records and CRM updates

• Working collaboratively within an ambitious, high-performing sales team

We're looking for driven sales professionals who are comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and motivated by both earning potential and career progression.

• Previous experience within a sales or target-driven environment

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Confidence working in an outbound sales environment

• A strong desire to achieve and exceed targets

• Self-motivation, resilience and a competitive mindset

• Ability to work full-time from the Liverpool office

• Previous energy or utility sales experience

• Merchant services or POS sales experience

• Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience

• Contact centre or outbound telesales experience

• Strong objection-handling and closing skills

Candidates from other sales backgrounds will also be considered where they can demonstrate a strong track record of achieving targets.

• £25,000-£30,000 basic salary

• Realistic OTE of £40,000+

• Uncapped commission with excellent earning potential
