Are you a Technical Sales Support Executive or Sales Proposal Engineer looking for a stable, long-term position with some working from home and a flexible start time? Do you enjoy coordinating tenders and quotations, acting as the key link between customers and internal teams?

On offer is a permanent role within a growing business in the pharmaceutical manufacturing sector, where you'll be trusted to run the pre-order process end-to-end and keep projects moving smoothly without being micromanaged.

You'll be joining a company with a superb working environment and an expanding headcount, in a position that sits at the centre of commercial and technical decision-making, with real exposure to customers and senior internal stakeholders.

In this role you'll compile and review quotes and tenders (standard and non-standard), track enquiries, coordinate delivery schedules for opportunities, and attend customer / pre-contract review meetings to support order development.

This role suits a person who is motivated to learn and develop their skillset - someone who wants a secure role, enjoys being the "go-to" for proposals and coordination, and takes pride in delivering clear, accurate documentation and great stakeholder communication.

My client is growing and therefore further medium to long term progression is available.

They are also very flexible on the candidates background so although any engineering or pharmaceutical knowledge would be a bonus they are very open on background and will also consider graduates.

The Role:

• Managing sales proposals, quotations and tenders from initial enquiry through to pre-order approvals
• On-site role based in Liverpool (South), working closely with sales, engineering, planning and product teams
• Permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours/week) with some working from home and flexibility in start time

The Person:

• Background (academic and/or work) in a technical environment (e.g. engineering / construction / utilities)
• Experience in a customer-facing commercial role
• Experience coordinating/managing sales proposal (tender) projects
