Job Description
Hays Education are working with a mainstream primary based in the Mossley Hill area who are seeking a full time Early Earys Teaching Assistant to join them working in their nursery.
The role will involve:

* Support the care, learning, and development of young children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
* Work under the direction of the Nursery Practitioner or Room Leader to deliver daily activities and routines
* Assist in providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
* Support children's social, emotional, physical, and educational development through play based learning
* Help observe, monitor, and record children's progress and wellbeing
* Maintain positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
* Support inclusive practice and meet individual children's needs, including those with SEND

Previous Experience Required
* Previous experience working with EY in a mainstream nursery or private nursery
* Relevent Early years qualification
* Possession or ability to obtain enhanced DBS checks
