The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with a number of leading school trusts across the Liverpool area, and we’re currently looking for a friendly, organised and reliable School Administrator to join one of our partner schools on a temporary basis.

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the school
• Answering calls, emails and general enquiries
• Welcoming visitors, parents and pupils
• Maintaining accurate records and school databases
• Supporting attendance and pupil administration
• Preparing letters, reports and other school documents
• Assisting staff with general administrative tasks
• Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
