Resourcery Group is supporting a growing Liverpool based organisation through an exciting period of development and transformation. We are looking for an ambitious, energetic and highly credible Head of People & Culture to join the Senior Leadership Team and play a key role in shaping the organisation’s people agenda as it continues to grow.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior HR professional who wants to build, implement and make a lasting impact rather than simply maintain the status quo. Reporting to the COO, you will lead the People function, developing a clear people strategy and creating a consistent, commercially focused approach across a growing multi-site organisation. You’ll have the opportunity to introduce structure, improve processes, develop systems and shape the function for the future.
The OpportunityYou will:
- Lead and deliver the People & Culture strategy across a growing organisation.
- Transform and centralise people processes, bringing greater consistency, structure and rigour.
- Provide trusted advice to the SLT and senior stakeholders on all people matters.
- Lead complex employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning and compliance.
- Develop people data, reporting and KPIs to support better decision-making.
- Support organisational growth, including due diligence, TUPE and integration.
- Lead and develop a small People team, with scope to build the function further as the organisation grows.
- Drive engagement, wellbeing, retention, development and talent initiatives.
- Build strong relationships across multiple sites and stakeholder groups.
You will be:
- CIPD Level 7 qualified (or equivalent).
- An experienced senior HR/People professional operating at Head of HR, Head of People or equivalent level.
- A confident and credible senior stakeholder who can influence at SLT level.
- Naturally collaborative, engaging and able to build strong relationships quickly.
- Systematic and organised, with a track record of implementing structure, processes and change.
- Comfortable working in a growing and evolving environment where there is plenty to build and improve.
- Resilient, pragmatic and able to deal confidently with complex people matters.
- Someone who brings energy, pace and a positive approach to their work.
Experience within a multi-site, education, public sector, outsourced function or similarly complex organisation would be advantageous, alongside experience of HR transformation, TUPE and building scalable people processes.
The Role- Liverpool, with regular travel to sites
- Hybrid, typically 2–3 days on site
- 37 hours per week
- LGPS
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
