The Role

You will handle inbound enquiries from high-net-worth customers, providing tailored motor insurance solutions with a consultative, customer-focused approach. Working with prestige vehicles and complex policies, you’ll deliver a seamless experience from initial enquiry through to sale.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide bespoke motor insurance quotes to high-net-worth clients
• Build rapport and deliver exceptional customer service
• Convert warm leads into sales through confident communication and product knowledge
• Maintain accurate records and follow FCA and compliance procedures
• Work towards achievable monthly targets with a rewarding bonus structure
