Fundamental to this is the provision of high-quality housing that residents are proud to call home.

What will your role be?

The Customer Services Officer team is the first point of contact for customers, resolving a wide range of housing-related queries over the phone and through digital channels. You will work as part of the team to deliver a consistent, high-quality, customer-focused service, responding to all enquiries and ensuring customers are treated fairly, listened to, and that their concerns are acted upon.
