Lupa Collective is recruiting an experienced CNC Machine Operator on behalf of an established manufacturing company based in Bootle.

Our client is looking for a reliable, skilled individual to join their Door Preparation Department, working across the production and fabrication of composite doors.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with CNC operating experience who is looking for a full-time role within a supportive manufacturing environment.

The Role

• Operate CNC machinery, including SCM equipment.

• Carry out door sizing, cutting and edge banding.

• Prepare and glaze composite doors.

• Complete quality checks to ensure products meet manufacturing standards.

• Work efficiently to meet production targets.

• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.

• Support other areas of production when required.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience operating CNC machinery.

• Experience in composite door manufacturing or joinery is highly desirable.

• SCM machinery experience would be advantageous.

• Good attention to detail and quality control.

• Strong timekeeping and reliability.

• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
