The Role

As a Supply Teacher, you will:

• Deliver engaging lessons in line with school curriculum and lesson plans.
• Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment.
• Adapt your teaching approach to meet the needs of different pupils.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff.
• Complete appropriate classroom and safeguarding responsibilities.
• Provide continuity of learning when regular teaching staff are absent.

We're Looking For

We'd love to hear from teachers who:

• Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Have recent experience teaching in UK schools.
• Have strong classroom and behaviour-management skills.
• Are reliable, professional and adaptable.
• Can confidently work across different schools and year groups.
• Have a genuine passion for supporting pupils' education and development.

Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply, as supply teaching can provide valuable experience across a range of schools and settings.
