• Plan, resource, and deliver high-impact Mathematics lessons that build confidence, fluency, and deep conceptual understanding.
• Prepare Key Stage 4 students effectively for GCSE examinations using targeted intervention and dynamic teaching strategies.
• Implement mastery-based approaches to help students of all attainment levels achieve their full potential.
• Maintain high standards of classroom management, student engagement, and constructive feedback.
• Contribute to department enrichment, including UKMT Maths Challenges and extracurricular STEM initiatives.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, along with a degree in Mathematics or a related quantitative discipline.
• Proven track record of delivering Maths at KS3 and KS4.
• Strong subject knowledge, excellent classroom management, and the ability to inspire young minds.
• Clear Enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service (or willingness to complete one).
