Your new role
The position is being offered full time Monday to Friday and is fully office-based. Some of your duties will include but not limited to.
Manage the smooth day-to-day operation of the office environment.
Oversee administrative processes and implement efficiencies where appropriate.
Support the senior leadership team with administrative and organisational requirements.
Manage office budgets, supplier contracts, and purchasing activities.
Coordinate facilities management, health & safety compliance, and office maintenance.
Lead and support administrative staff, ensuring high standards of performance.
Organise meetings, events, travel arrangements, and company communications.
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
Assist with HR administration, onboarding, and employee records where required.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in an Office Manager, Operations Coordinator, or Senior Administrator position.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proven experience managing multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Confidence using Microsoft Office and business management systems.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
A proactive and hands-on approach to supporting business operations.
Experience in engineering, manufacturing, construction, or a technical environment would be advantageous but is not essential.
