Senior FP&A Analyst - Commercial Finance & Modelling

Adele Carr Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a growing organisation in Liverpool who are keen to appoint an experienced, FP&A Accountant on a full time, permanent basis.

This is a superb opportunity to join a highly regarded professional services organisation in a genuinely commercial FP&A and financial modelling role. Working closely with the Finance Director and Financial Controller, you'll help shape forecasting, long-term planning and strategic decision-making across the business.

Most importantly, you'll be commercially curious and confident working with senior stakeholders and able to turn numbers into meaningful recommendations and actions.

What we're looking for
You'll be a qualified ACA, ACCA or CIMA accountant with strong FP&A, commercial finance or financial analysis experience.

Key tasks and responsibilities include:

• Take a keen lead on developing the organisation's financial modelling capability
• Owning and developing the group rolling forecast
• Building an integrated five-year, three-statement financial model
• Scenario and sensitivity modelling
• Cash flow forecasting and analysis
• Identifying profit, margin and cost-saving opportunities
• Modelling new projects, capital investment and new business pricing
• Improving forecasting accuracy and automating reporting
• Turning complex data into clear commercial insight for senior stakeholders

Ideally, you'll bring the following skills

Financial Modelling | Forecasting | Scenario Planning | Three-Statement Modelling | Commercial Analysis | Business Partnering | Power BI | SQL | ERP | Advanced Excel
