As part of its continued commercial development, the company is looking for a Marketing Manager to take ownership of its marketing function and help drive brand awareness, lead generation and business growth.

Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will play a key role in developing and delivering the company's marketing strategy.

This is a hands-on, commercially focused position suited to an experienced B2B marketing professional who can combine strategic thinking with practical execution across digital marketing, content, PR, events and sales enablement.

You will work closely with the Sales team to deliver targeted campaigns, strengthen the company's market presence and generate measurable commercial results.

• Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans aligned with business growth objectives.
• Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, SEO, social media, PR and traditional channels.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop targeted lead-generation campaigns using platforms such as HubSpot and Cognism.
• Manage the marketing project planner and content calendar to ensure effective campaign delivery.
• Create and manage marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, digital content and event materials.
• Support exhibitions, networking events and industry conferences.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer insights to identify new opportunities.
• Track campaign performance, KPIs and ROI, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Manage relationships with external PR agencies, designers and marketing suppliers.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications.
• Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resources.

• Previous experience in a B2B marketing role is essential.
• Experience within freight forwarding, logistics or supply chain is highly desirable.
• Proven experience delivering successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, social media and content marketing.
• Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot, and lead-generation tools such as Cognism.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
• Strong analytical abilities, including measuring and presenting campaign performance.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• A creative, commercially minded approach with a focus on measurable results.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools.
