Personal Injury Solicitor / Fee Earner – Specialist Injury

HarKaye Core Talent is working exclusively with an established claimant law firm in Liverpool that is looking to grow one of its specialist Personal Injury teams.

This is a little different from your standard PI opportunity.

The team acts for individuals who have suffered injuries in road traffic accidents, with a particular focus on cyclists and vulnerable road users. It’s a growing area of the firm's practice and offers the opportunity to develop genuine specialist expertise.

We’re keen to speak with both Personal Injury Solicitors and experienced Fee Earners, whether you're already managing your own caseload or you're earlier in your career and looking for somewhere you can develop technically.

The role will include:

• Managing your own caseload of Personal Injury matters

• Handling claims from instruction through to settlement

• Investigating liability and assessing quantum

• Working with medical evidence and expert reports

• Negotiating with insurers and other parties

• Supporting on more complex and higher-value claims

• Developing specialist knowledge within cycling and vulnerable road-user claims

You don't need to be a cycling expert.

What matters is that you have a grounding in Personal Injury, strong client care skills and an interest in developing within a more specialist area of claimant work.

This could particularly suit someone currently working within RTA or broader Personal Injury who feels ready to move away from a purely volume-driven caseload.

You'll be joining an established team with experienced lawyers around you, good quality work and the opportunity to build a long-term career within the practice.
