Location: Liverpool City Centre (Hybrid)
Salary: £32,000 - £40,000, dependent on experience + bonus opportunities

We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of paid media activity across a fast-moving, high-energy brand.

With an always-on calendar spanning 40+ venues, seasonal campaigns, new launches and brand collaborations, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on and seeing the direct impact of their work.

You'll own paid media end-to-end - from strategy and budget allocation through to campaign execution, optimisation and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own paid media strategy across 40+ venues, seasonal campaigns and key launches.

• Build, launch and optimise campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Ads and Performance Max.

• Manage budgets across venues and campaigns to maximise performance.

• React quickly to sold-out events, new on-sales and schedule or venue changes.

• Run structured test-and-learn programmes across creative, audiences and bidding.

• Optimise campaigns against agreed KPIs including CPA and ROAS.

• Deliver weekly and monthly reporting using GA4 and attribution data.

• Work closely with Design, Video, Organic Social and CRM teams on campaign delivery.

• Support the expansion into YouTube and explore emerging channels and formats.

• Manage relationships with key platform partners including Meta, TikTok and Google.

What We're Looking For:

• 4+ years' paid media experience, agencyside or in-house.

• Strong hands-on experience across Meta and TikTok, with Snapchat, Pinterest and/or Google experience desirable.

• Confidence owning paid media from strategy through to execution and reporting.

• Strong working knowledge of Ads Manager platforms.

• A data-led mindset with experience using GA4 and reporting tools such as Looker Studio.

• Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume campaign environment.

• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, LTV and Share of Voice.

• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Codex or Claude to improve productivity and campaign performance.

Nice to Have:

• Google Ads / Performance Max experience.

• Experience in events, hospitality, entertainment or nightlife.

• Experience managing monthly paid media budgets of £30,000+.
