As a Loss Prevention Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the retail industry by helping to protect assets and reduce loss. Based in Liverpool, this temporary role offers the chance to work in a busy environment with a focus on maintaining accurate records and supporting the team.

Description
- Review CCTV footage alongside incident reports to assess and understand the circumstances surrounding incidents.
- Utilise Loss Prevention systems and technologies to identify and link offenders operating across multiple locations.
- Provide administrative support for all Loss Prevention platforms.
- Monitor and respond to live security alarms, taking appropriate action in line with procedures.
- Support the effective management and resolution of violent, aggressive, and security-related incidents.
- Analyse point-of-sale transactions to identify suspicious activity and potential loss risks.
- Produce accurate, detailed, and timely reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Liaise effectively with third-party contractors, law enforcement agencies, and external partners.
- Handle and resolve first-line enquiries from Retail, Logistics, and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records relating to civil recovery and debt management processes.
- Prepare, update, and maintain comprehensive crime and incident case files.
- Undertake general administrative duties to support the wider Loss Prevention function.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify emerging risks, issues, and trends impacting their areas of responsibility.
- Provide professional advice and guidance on security, risk, and Loss Prevention matters.
- Take a proactive approach to reducing risk and implementing measures to prevent incidents from reoccurring.
- Promote best practice and support continuous improvements in security and Loss Prevention processes.
Profile
A successful Loss Prevention Administrator should have:
- Experience working effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience using incident management systems, with knowledge of Auror being highly desirable.
- Strong planning, organisational, and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage workload efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with a wide range of stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail when handling information, reports, and investigations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, review, and work confidently with data to identify trends and insights.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
- Proactive and solution-focused approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
- Ability to work 6pm to 6am on a 4 on 4 off basis and the other is days working 6am - 6pm on a 4 on 4 off basis.
Job Offer
- Hourly pay between £12.00 and £15.00, dependent on the level of experience.
- Temporary position offering flexibility in working hours.
