An established and well-respected law firm with a growing presence across the North West is looking to strengthen its Liverpool team with the appointment of an experienced Personal Injury Executive.
The firm is recognised for providing high-quality legal advice and achieving strong outcomes for its clients. Its specialist teams cover a wide range of areas, including Personal Injury, Complex Injury, Clinical Negligence, Professional Negligence, Housing Disrepair and Group Actions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Personal Injury professional who is confident managing their own caseload and is keen to take the next step in their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Joining the Personal Injury team, you will manage a varied caseload of litigated Personal Injury claims, with a particular focus on Fast Track matters. The role does not involve Credit Hire work.
You will have ownership of your files and will be responsible for progressing claims effectively from litigation through to settlement or trial.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• 
  Managing a caseload of litigated Personal Injury claims from issue through to conclusion
• 
  Handling predominantly Fast Track matters
• 
  Taking ownership of case progression and ensuring all key deadlines are met
• 
  Advising clients throughout the claims process and providing clear, practical guidance
• 
  Drafting, reviewing and preparing legal and evidential documentation
• 
  Corresponding with insurers, solicitors, experts, counsel and other relevant parties
• 
  Conducting negotiations and working towards appropriate settlements
• 
  Preparing cases for trial where settlement cannot be achieved
• 
  Maintaining accurate and compliant case records
• 
  Providing a consistently high standard of client service

We are interested in hearing from Personal Injury Executives and Solicitors with approximately 1-2 years' experience in litigated PI work.
You are likely to have:

• 
  Experience independently managing a litigated Personal Injury caseload
• 
  Previous exposure to Fast Track claims
• 
  A good working knowledge of the litigation process and applicable procedural rules
• 
  Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
• 
  Confident written and verbal communication skills
• 
  Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• 
  A client-focused and professional approach
• 
  The confidence to work independently while contributing effectively within a team
• 
  A genuine interest in developing your career within Personal Injury
