In-House IP Paralegal – Liverpool - #2153573

Are you an experienced IP Paralegal seeking an In-House position? We are working with a well-established firm who are seeking a motivated individual to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

What experience will you need? For this role, you will need at least 2 years’ experience working within IP administration. It is essential to have experience in preparing and filing patent applications, and attending to general formalities work. Experience in trade marks would be a bonus; however this role is more patent heavy but there is trade mark work involved. A CIPA / CITMA qualification would be advantageous. However, this is not essential. Additionally, you will need to be a collaborative team member with great deadline management.

Duties:

• Preparing and filing patent forms.
• Handling EP validations.
• Maintaining the firm’s IP database.
• Assisting with trade mark administration tasks.
• Liaising effectively with team members.
