Caso is a UK-wide online property management company. We manage residential lets for UK and overseas landlords, backed by our own landlord and tenant portals. Our model is simple: the best service at a fair price, with everything in one place.

We are growing fast and need a Property Manager who can run a portfolio well and grow it at the same time.

The role

This is not a desk-only management role. You will look after your own portfolio of landlords and tenants, and you will convert the inbound landlord leads we generate into new managed properties. The more you sign, the bigger your portfolio and the more you earn.

You do not need to bring a portfolio with you. We supply the leads and the properties. Your job is to manage them well and convert the leads we send you.

What you will do

Managing your portfolio

• Be the main point of contact for your landlords and tenants
• Handle maintenance requests from report to completion, working with our contractor network
• Keep every property compliant: Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, alarms, licensing and Right to Rent
• Manage tenancy paperwork, notices, deposit registration and renewals
• Chase arrears early and follow our arrears process
• Coordinate check-ins, check-outs and inspections
• Support overseas landlords through their onboarding, including HMRC non-resident landlord registration

Growing your portfolio

• Call and follow up inbound landlord leads quickly, usually the same day
• Run discovery calls, understand what the landlord needs and recommend the right package
• Send quotes, handle objections and close
• Onboard new landlords smoothly so they stay
• Keep the CRM accurate and hit monthly targets for new properties signed
• Ask happy landlords for reviews and referrals

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years in UK residential lettings or property management
• Solid working knowledge of UK lettings compliance and legislation, including the Renters' Rights Act changes
• Confidence on the phone and a track record of converting leads, ideally in lettings, estate agency or another target-driven role
• Organised and calm with a busy inbox. You follow things through
• Comfortable working with online systems, portals and a CRM
• Propertymark qualification (Level 3) is an advantage, or willingness to work towards it
