£19.50 per hour Umbrella – 12-week temporary period
Temp to Perm – Permanent contract offered after 12 weeks

We’re looking for an experienced Plumber to join a social housing repairs and maintenance team in Liverpool.

The role will involve carrying out repairs and maintenance works across social housing properties, with the opportunity to move onto a permanent contract after the initial 12-week temporary period.

The Role:

• Plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Reactive repairs within social housing properties
• General domestic plumbing works
• Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues
• Working directly with tenants and completing jobs to a high standard

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing
• Previous repairs and maintenance experience
• Social housing experience desirable
• Full UK driving licence – clean licence desirable, maximum 6 points
• Reliable and professional
• Able to start immediately

Package:

• £19.50 per hour Umbrella for the first 12 weeks
• Permanent salary: £31,533
• Company van provided
• Fuel card provided
• Genuine temp-to-perm opportunity
