Temporary Receptionist

Location: Multiple Sites in Liverpool
Contract: Temporary
Start Date: Monday 5th October
End Date: Thursday 15th October

We are currently looking for a confident and professional Receptionist to join our team on a temporary basis. This is a varied front-of-house role and would suit someone who is organised, approachable and comfortable working across different sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out daily reception and front-of-house duties, providing a professional and welcoming service.

• Manage incoming calls using Microsoft Teams, including answering and transferring calls.

• Be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and meeting room/calendar booking systems.

• Assist with meeting room bookings, including arranging and preparing rooms for meetings.

• Coordinate and manage catering arrangements across both sites.

• Handle post, deliveries and general reception administration.

• Move between different sites as required, so candidates must be fully mobile and comfortable travelling between locations.

• Provide general support to ensure the smooth running of the reception and meeting facilities.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous reception, front-of-house or customer service experience.

• Is confident using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.

• Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks.

• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Presents a professional and friendly manner.

• Is proactive and comfortable working independently.

• Is flexible and happy to move between different sites during the working day.

• Can start on Monday 5th October and commit through to Thursday 15th October, with the possibility of the assignment being extended.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist looking for a short-term temporary assignment with a varied and active role.
