SEN Support Worker / Teaching Assistant - Complex Needs - #2156056

Do you have experience supporting people with complex needs?

We are recruiting for a number of specialist education settings across North Liverpool and are looking for caring, experienced people to work with pupils who require high levels of support throughout the school day.

You don't have to come from a traditional school background. We are keen to hear from people with experience in:

• Care and support work
• Residential care
• Healthcare
• SEN support
• Personal or intimate care
• Autism
• Complex learning difficulties
• Non-verbal communication
• Moving and handling
• Feeding and toileting
• Behaviour support

These pupils need adults around them who are calm, patient, dependable and confident with personal care.

Your role could involve supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis, helping them access learning, communicating with them, supporting personal care routines and helping them feel safe and settled throughout the school day.
