About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Proclaim Developer to join our team on a 9-month fixed-term contract.

The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience developing, maintaining and supporting the Proclaim case management system, with particular expertise in reporting, task server management, integrations, databases, workflows and screen design.

This is a hands-on development role and requires someone who can work independently, understand business requirements and translate them into effective Proclaim solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain Proclaim case management systems and associated functionality.
  • Design, develop and maintain advanced Proclaim reports.
  • Monitor, manage and control Proclaim task servers, ensuring tasks and automated processes operate effectively.
  • Develop and maintain integrations using REST services.
  • Work with JSON files and data structures, including data exchange between Proclaim and external applications.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with the Jotform application.
  • Undertake database maintenance, including investigation and resolution of data and performance issues.
  • Design and develop Proclaim screens and workflows.
  • Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
  • Troubleshoot development and production issues and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver practical technical solutions.
  • Document changes, processes and technical solutions where appropriate.

 

Essential Experience

Applicants must have demonstrable commercial experience with Proclaim development, including: Advanced Proclaim reports

  • XML data imports
  • Use of mass communication tools and auto routines
  • Monitoring and controlling Proclaim task servers
  • REST services / REST API integrations
  • JSON files and data
  • Jotform application/integration
  • Database maintenance
  • Proclaim screen design
  • Proclaim workflow design and development

 

Desirable Skills

  • Experience integrating Proclaim with third-party applications.
  • Experience with API development and troubleshooting.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL.
  • Experience of automating processes within Proclaim.
  • Experience working within a legal services or law-firm environment.
  • Good understanding of data security and data quality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
