You’ve got a year or two of medical device sales experience under your belt, and now you’re looking for something new. The thing that got you into medical sales in the first place was the positive impact products can have on patients, your passion for healthcare that enhances lives.

If that sounds like you, then this Territory Manager role in the North West could be your perfect next step. You’ll work for a company focused on compassionate care that has real growth plans and want you to be part of them. The team is supportive, and there’s room for you to take ownership and really grow your career too.

Who’s it for and what’s in it for you?

This is for a company that produces medical devices and products that make patients’ lives better – and more free - through care that’s more personal, better quality, and always effective. Their products are all about giving people living with chronic conditions more freedom through products that support them each and every day.

They’ve been trusted by patients and healthcare providers alike for over two decades. They're PE-backed, scaling fast and have got big plans for the future too. Here’s your chance to be part of that.

What you'll be doing

This role is perfect for someone who’s experienced in sales and wants to take that next step. Your focus is growing market share of their renal portfolio, and you’ll spend a lot of your time building great clinical relationships to do just that. Here’s what an average week might look like:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Spotting and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Looking for places where you can upsell and expand in existing accounts
  • Conducting regular business reviews to keep an eye on performance
  • Supporting patient adoption through referral pathways
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date and accurate
  • Digging into sales data to inform future activities

Success in this role looks like hitting your sales quotas and growing your business area.

This role will suit you if you…

  • Have at least 1 year of experience in medical device sales
  • Have a strong track record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Are familiar with selling consumables medical devices
  • Understand the structure of the NHS and the people within it
  • Can translate data into actions
  • Are able to travel regularly to client sites
