Hays Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Tiler to work on a busy social housing kitchen replacement programme across Huyton and the surrounding Liverpool area.This is a long-term contract working as part of a dedicated kitchen fitting team, completing approximately one kitchen installation per day within both occupied and void properties.Your new role

• Wall tiling and splashback installations within newly fitted kitchens
• Preparing surfaces prior to tiling, including cleaning, levelling and priming
• Cutting and fitting ceramic and porcelain tiles to a high standard
• Grouting, sealing and finishing all tiling works
• Working alongside kitchen fitters and other trades to ensure programme targets are met
• Completing snagging and remedial works when required
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment within tenants' homes

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Tiler
• Experience working within social housing or domestic properties
• Own tools and transport preferred
• CSCS card advantageous
• Ability to work independently and achieve daily targets
• Strong attention to detail and quality standards
