We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Manager to join the charity to lead young people’s services in the Liverpool City Region including NEET reduction and raising aspirations.

As Team Manager, you will lead and manage the operational delivery of our contracts, to ensure they meet their aims, objectives, and the key performance indicators.

You will have experience of ensuring high performance, managing people and budgets.

Managing relationships with key stakeholders and partner organisations will be one of your strengths and you will be someone who has a genuine commitment to driving social mobility.
