HR Business Partner - 8 - 9 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Liverpool or Middlesbrough (with travel across 22 UK sites)
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £45,000 - £48,000 Depending on Experience
We are partnering with a growing organisation to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner for an 8-9 month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, driving people initiatives that support business growth, employee engagement and organisational performance.
The Role
Reporting into the HR leadership team, you will provide both strategic and operational HR support across multiple sites. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will partner with leaders to deliver people strategies, manage employee relations matters, support organisational change and drive talent and engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to deliver people strategies aligned to business objectives.
- Support workforce planning, talent development and succession planning.
- Provide guidance on employee relations and employment law matters.
- Lead and support change management and organisational development projects.
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Analyse HR data and metrics to support decision-making.
- Promote best practice across performance management, learning and development.
- Collaborate with wider HR teams to deliver an effective HR service.
About You
- CIPD Level 5 qualified (or equivalent experience).
- Previous HR Business Partner experience within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
- Proven employee relations and change management experience.
- Commercially aware with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible with the ability to travel
