Junior Sales Manager (Entry-Level) - #2164047
Lumen Partners
LIVERPOOL L3 | JUNIOR SALES OPPORTUNITY | TRAINING PROVIDED
Confidence in sales comes from strong coaching, genuine conversations and the opportunity to improve each day.
At Lumen Partners we give people starting their careers the opportunity to build a long-term career in sales and management, with guidance from individuals who have developed within the same environment.
Previous sales experience is not required. We are looking for dependable people who communicate confidently, enjoy working towards targets and want to build the skills, experience and leadership ability needed to progress within a growing business.
A working week at Lumen Partners
Each day starts with a campaign briefing and focused coaching. You will then work alongside the team on live customer activity across Liverpool, introducing client products and services, understanding customer needs and developing the communication skills required to succeed in a commercial environment.
Regular reviews throughout the week will help you identify what is working, where conversations can be improved and how your results are progressing. The focus is on consistent, practical development, giving you the opportunity to build the foundations of a successful sales and management career.
- Build professional relationships through face-to-face conversations
- Develop strong sales, communication and customer acquisition skills
- Learn presentation, negotiation and objection-handling techniques
- Set personal goals and review performance with a mentor
- Develop the confidence and leadership skills required for progression
- Represent each client in line with the required tone and standards
Pay and schedule
This is a full-time role based in Liverpool L3, working Monday to Friday from 10:00am to 6:00pm. Guaranteed weekly base pay starts from £400, with commission of £40 to £100 per completed sale. Immediate interviews are available.
Who this could suit
Applicants may have experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, events, recruitment, sport or another role involving regular interaction with people. Graduates, career changers and candidates looking to build their first substantial commercial career are all welcome to apply.
You should feel comfortable starting conversations, be open to coaching and work consistently. A positive attitude is important, along with punctuality, preparation and the ability to put feedback into practice.
You do not need to have everything figured out from day one. What matters is having the ambition to learn, take responsibility and develop into someone capable of leading others.
Your next step
The aim is not simply to give you a sales position, but to provide the foundations for a long-term career in sales, leadership and management.
As your results, decision-making and leadership skills develop, you may have the opportunity to support new starters, contribute to campaign reviews, take on additional responsibilities and progress towards team leadership, business development or campaign management.
If you are looking for more than just another job and want to build a career where your development and performance can create opportunities for progression, apply through LinkedIn with your current CV to be considered for the next stage.
