Lumen Partners is looking for an ambitious Sales and Management Trainee to join our growing Liverpool team, working across marketing, sales and business development campaigns for established clients across a variety of UK sectors.

From customer acquisition and brand awareness to business growth and client development, our campaigns give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-moving commercial environment, with structured training and opportunities for progression from day one.

The Opportunity

Our Management Trainees gain exposure to the different areas that drive successful client campaigns and business growth.

• You'll develop experience across:Marketing and customer acquisition
• Sales and business development
• Campaign management and client representation
• Customer engagement and relationship building
• Team leadership and development
• Coaching and mentoring
• Business operations and commercial strategy

As you progress, you'll take on more responsibility within campaigns and begin developing your leadership, management and people skills.
