14 month contract.

We are looking for an IT/OT Support Technician to support the deployment of a new MES system on a regulated industrial site in the UK. You will participate in the construction and support of applications and integrations, provide daily support for the platform (development, security, operations), and be the local contact for the needs of the site with the global technical team.

Profile sought:

Experience in IT/technical support, with a good general understanding of OT, IT, infrastructure, software, data, and cloud environments
Sense of customer service and strong learning ability
Full-time on-site presence, Monday to Friday
Availability for one-off travel to other locations in Europe (10-25%)

Appreciated assets:

Experience in a regulated industrial environment (pharmaceutical ideally)
Integration experience with SAP, AVEVA PI, or Databricks
