The Role

As a Trainee Sales Manager, you will work alongside our experienced team to develop your sales, communication and leadership skills. You will gain hands-on experience in business development, client relationship management, sales strategy and team development.

This is an entry-level position, so previous sales or management experience is not essential. We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude, a strong work ethic and a genuine desire to learn, achieve targets and progress within the business.

You will receive training and ongoing support to help you build the skills and confidence needed to take on greater responsibility as the company grows.

Key Responsibilities

* Support business development activities to identify and engage potential clients.

* Build and maintain strong professional relationships with prospective and existing customers.

* Communicate the company's services effectively and identify opportunities for business growth.

* Work towards individual and team sales targets.

* Develop an understanding of sales techniques, marketing strategies and customer acquisition.

* Participate in training sessions to improve sales performance, communication and leadership abilities.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.

* Learn how to monitor sales performance, contribute to team objectives and support the development of others.

* Take on increasing levels of responsibility as your skills and experience develop.
